Anxiety and Depression
You have a never-ending swirl of thoughts.
Anxiety is that subtle, relentless whisper of self-doubt that keeps you checking for approval until you’re out of breath.
It clings to worries like a person dangling from a cliff, and their fingertips are the only things between them and sure death. The problem is that your body still feels like it has to cling, even though the ground is a few inches below your feet.
Depression is the heavy malaise that makes a simple to-do list feel like climbing a mountain in a rainstorm.
Most people don’t hear your silent struggle, but it feels so hard to find any glimmers of joy in your days. You’re doing everything “right” on paper, yet everything still feels grey, muted, and utterly exhausting.

Find your way back to the light.
When we work together, we’ll skip the intimidating professional jargon and talk in plain language about how to navigate these heavy waves. My goal is to help you find a path that feels aligned with your true self.
We will work to help you make your life the way you always wanted it to be – full of peace, motivation, and hope. In addition, we will create a space where the criticisms of the world and your own inner critic carry less weight.
You’ll build the resilience to know that dropping off that cliff is survivable. Most of the time, it isn’t as far of a drop as your brain would have you believe.
We’ll help you navigate the dingy, gray paths of depression so you can come out on the other side into the light.
